While certainly present, apple and stone fruit take a back seat to layers of flint and smoke on this uniquely savory, dry Riesling. Slightly viscous on the palate with a rich, minerally slick, there's a hint of sea salt on the finish making this wine the perfect accompaniment to oysters on the half shell.
