In their quest to preserve some of the traditional grapes of Champagne, the Aubry brothers have added Arbanne and Petit Meslier to Chardonnay for this Blanc de Blancs. The result is a wine that has richness, with the fruit flavors of quince, green plum and tomato adding to minerality. It's very structured as well as rich.
