Named after the 13th-century crusading Archbishop of Reims, this is Aubry's top cuvée. It is just coming into its own, filling out with ripe white and yellow fruits while keeping a tight, fresh edge. It is full in the mouth, creamy in texture and still able to age. Drink now and until 2022.
