Audeant 2018 Nysa Vineyard Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

A mix of Pommard and Dijon 115, this tasty wine starts out with a burst of cherry and lightly toasted walnuts. The acidity kicks in and propel it through the palate. Aged in just 17% new French oak, it's lightly framed with barrel toast and moves into darker hints of smoke and char and coffee through a lingering finish. Paul Gregutt
