85pointsAurora 2016 Dry Pinot Gris (Leelanau Peninsula)

Fresh peach and lemon zest mingle with cut grass and white pepper on the nose. A little sweetness tickles the tip of the tongue like biting into a fresh peach, with additional flavors of apple and pears. There is nice weight to the palate, with a little viscosity, but the acidity is bright and a little tingly. It dries out towards the finish with a tugging lemon finish. Fiona Adams
