This stout could raise the dead, and if it did, they'd thank you. Bottled in 2015, this high-alcohol stout was aged in bourbon barrels for six years and offers strong roast, vanilla and fudge-forward flavors and robust carbonation. Without showing too many signs of age, this will continue to mellow and meld for many years. John Holl
