This lovely wine shows its dark side throughout, mixing black fruits with strong flavors of black coffee. Barrel aging, just under a year in one-quarter new French oak, brings up flavors of dark chocolate and chicory. It's delicious and substantial, ready for drinking over the next half decade or longer.
