Winemaker Kirk Venge blends 52% Cabernet Sauvignon from both To Kalon and Kenefick Ranch with 36% Sangiovese from Benessere and 12% Petite Sirah from Kick Ranch. The blend makes for a bombast of juicy blueberry pie topped by vanilla ice cream. Tannins are rounded and velvety, and the wine comes across as big and bold.
