B. Nardini Acqua di Cedro Liqueur

The bouquet offers delightfully piquant aromas of lemons, limes, even tangerines. Entry is balanced, and simultaneously tart and sweet; at midpalate the taste profile becomes a bit too sweetly unctuous. Regains its acidic/tart, citrusy footing in the finish. Need a cultivated sweet tooth for this one. P.P.
