B.R. Cohn 2010 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

This is the winery's best Pinot since 2007, although it does seem to be peaking. The raspberry, cherry, cola and sandalwood flavors are housed in a tart, silky texture. Grilled tuna strongly suggests itself.
