Bailly-Lapierre 2013 Vive-la-Joie Rosé Brut (Crémant de Bourgogne)

Strawberry shortcake notes abound on the fresh nose of this wine, which conveys the fresh fruit, creaminess and richness of the pastry. The palate puts these all in a tight, fresh corset, vivid with liveliness. Fine foam makes everything exuberant and bright. The finish is alluring and dry. Anne Krebiehl MW
