Although not labelled as such, this Blanc de Blancs comes from similar chalky soil to neighboring Champagne. Crisp acidity, mineral texture and pointed acidity are given extra life by citrus fruits and a relatively dry aftertaste. Drink this delicious bottling from 2018.
