From the new Summit View vineyard, this tart, racy Roussanne is done in a steely style, with accents of mineral and citrus rind. Don't look for the usual lushness of the grape; but there is plenty of flavor nonetheless. Pepper and rind, orange peel and hints of apple are nicely integrated.
