Somehow, winemaker Luca Paschina manages to make a Vermentino that will make you feel like you are sitting at a café in Liguria. Lush aromatics of pear drop and canteloupe lead into flavors of lemon, green pear, snap pea, button mushroom and sea spray. Well-balanced, this is smooth and fresh, with hints of nuts on the long finish.
