Bardenay London Style Dry Gin

The cedary perfume of juniper is totally dominant in the bouquet. The palate entry is sweet upfront, then prickly on the tongue; the midpalate features sappy/piny gulps of juniper and harsh spirit. Concludes fiery, piny, intense and too powerful. This gin is unbalanced between the alcohol and botanicals. P.P.
