This Riesling is exotic, with whiffs of rose petal and evergreen against a backdrop of white peach and yellow-cherry flavors. It's delicately structured, with soft, pink-grapefruit acidity that draws out honey and tea notes on the finish. It's gorgeous now, but should gain earthy complexity as it ages over the next 10 years.
