Simple and smooth, and true to the old Chianti formula that called for Sangiovese, Canaiolo and some white grapes. The palate is eminently bold and fresh, featuring plum and berry fruit with oak shadings. The finish is fairly developed and moderately long, with a note of milk chocolate.
