The label on this exclamation-point Riesling is just that—a white background with a single ! is all you see. Deep and concentrated, it's off dry, with a mix of sweet apple and tree fruits, supported with juicy acidity. Right now the fruit flavors are all primary, but this has the structure to improve considerably by waiting until 2024 or later in the cellar.
