The winery's first Cab, this is made from a blend of Pepper Bridge and Bacchus fruit, with a smattering of Red Mountain Merlot. Tarry, smoky, dark and dense, it shows supple fruits and superb concentration. Black cherry, ripe berry and espresso are wrapped together, with whiffs of fresh-cut tobacco.
