A thick, chewy, fleshy and chocolaty wine, this is classic Washington Merlot. Nothing wimpy about it, the concentrated boysenberry, blueberry, cherry and chocolate flavors are enhanced with cedary aromas and some streaks of cinnamon. Way better than the '02.
