Baxter 2012 Oppenladner Vineyard Pinot Noir (Mendocino)

This very vibrant, fresh wine bursts with strawberry and red cherry aromas, and then delivers bright, tangy raspberry and cherry flavors on a stream of crisp acidity and fine-grained tannins. Medium bodied, it relies on an almost electric mouthfeel for its appeal, and should age well through 2020. Jim Gordon
