Wine has been made on the Beau Joubert property since the early 19th century, and today, the Joubert family makes consistently good wines that flourish in the mineral-rich soils of the Stellenbosch farm. This Merlot is no exception: rich, integrated flavors of berry and chocolate are both smooth and balanced and the wine is lovely when paired with roasted meat or game.
