Beaulieu Vineyard 1997 Coastal Sauvignon Blanc (California)

Born to be mild. Grapefruit, herbs and toast on the nose. Soft flavors, not overly oaked; but only very subtle citrus fruit on the palate. Decent mouthfeel, with some body. The oak comes on a bit much for the light fruit on the finish.
