Beaulieu Vineyard 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (Rutherford)

What a nice job Beaulieu does every year with this wine, from their home territory. It's dry and polished, with loads of black currant, licorice and chocolate flavors. The dusty tannins balance out the ripe fruit. Best now through 2012.
