The 200 growers who are members of the Beaumont des Crayères cooperative are all based in and around Epernay have the choice of great Chardonnay, which makes up 60% of this prestige cuvée. Full-bodied, toasty and now mature, it is is full of vanilla and honey flavors. This is a fine food wine, with its weight, its richness and its finishing acidity.
