Quite toasty and black, with baked plum, berry and crusty, oaky aromas. The palate is sort of soft and lazy, but amid the thickness there's roasted plum and black cherry flavors. Finishes with some wayward buttery oak, heat and coffee notes. Chewy, ripe and a bit grabby and heavy.
