This structured elegant sparkler boasts aromas and flavors of brioche, dried yellow apple, citrus and mineral. It's vibrant and focused, with bright acidity and a persistent refined perlage. Notes of toasted almond and dried herb close the finish. It's still quite young and will develop even more complexity over the next several years.
