This is an unapologetically extroverted wine that may not be everyone's cup of tea. Plenty, though, will love the intensely spicy aromatics: cedar, flowers, potpourri, blackberry cordial and grape stalks. The palate packs a surprisingly big punch with plush dark fruit and grainy stalky tannins, all lifted by a good lick of acidity.
