Among the myriad of tight Barbarescos out there, this one is overt and friendly, a ball of cheer amid a tough crowd. The cherry aromas are soft and inviting, while the mouth offers a nice blend of dried red fruit and spice. Vanilla and chocolate as well as some fading raspberry grace the smooth finish. This is one to drink sooner rather than later.
