Benmarl 2004 Pinot Grigio (Oregon)

Made in New York from Oregon grapes, this is one strange cat. The nose is full of almond butter and juice-like aromas, while the palate offers a weird mix of apple and spice. Not normal; too funky to score better. Strange stuff indeed.
