Sourced from the estate Waliser vineyard, this pure varietal wine, recently released at six years of age, remains muscular, chewy and densely tannic. It's a powerful wine with dark flavors of herbs, earth, chocolate and espresso in front of black fruit. An hour of decanting is a good idea.
