Berger 2019 Ried Moosburgerin Grüner Veltliner (Kremstal)

Notes of ripe, yellow pear and Russet pear peel combine on the nose while a peppery, herbal note shines through. The palate then leaves the fruit behind and presents a theater of salty depths. Miso, seaweed, crushed white pepper and sage are intense and seem dissolved in the deep, yeasty core. This is what you come to Grüner for. Anne Krebiehl MW
