Bergström 2019 Winery Block Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

Cellar Selection

This wine is packed with dense layers of blueberry, blackberry, plum and cherry, wrapped in a saline gauze. As it winds down through the palate, threads of licorice and sassafras chime in. It gains strength as it breathes, a good sign for long-term aging potential. Drink through 2035. Paul Gregutt
