Bertrand Ambroise 2006 Le Rognet (Corton)

Cellar Selection

Hinting at opulence to come, this is a rich wine. Its tannins are powerful but do not detract from the ripe berry and stone fruits. It has a fine, balanced texture with the sweetness of the fruit lifted by delicious acidity. Give this wine five years at least. Roger Voss
