Bethel Heights 2002 Freedom Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Hard and stemmy, oaky and tannic. A lot of tough, chewy flavors here, augmented with herbs and tobacco. Time may take some of the bitterness away, but it's tough sledding right now.
