This blend of 37% Pinotage, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 9% Shiraz is dense and concentrated, with deep aromas and flavors of fleshy black plum, boysenberry, crème de cassis and fruit cake. The lush, creamy palate is decadent and satisfying, with enough balancing tannin to provide a crushed velvet texture. Notes of coffee and toasted oak unfold on the close. Drink now–2018.
