Bianchi 2004 Signature Selection Pinot Grigio (Arroyo Grande Valley)

PG's are rare from this appellation. This one's well-acidified, leaving a bright and crisp mouthfeel to the citrus, melon and fig flavors. But be forewarned, the wine's too sweet, almost off-dry.
