This wine was cofermented with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Muscat. The aromas are compelling, with notes of freshly cut apple, petroleum jelly, honeysuckle, peach and pear. There's a beautiful sense of lightness, texture and freshness to the fruit flavors that linger on the finish. The balance is exquisite.
