Blackberry fruit is enhanced with cola, clove and smoke on the nose of this cool-climate Syrah from the legendary Bien Nacido Vineyard. The barrel smoke is also prevalent on the palate, though cherry is the core flavor, and the serious tannins play a major role. This will be even better from 2016 and beyond.
