Although it is labeled Extra Brut, this wine doesn't feel so dry. The ripe texture and juicy red apple flavors give it a richness and density that balances the low dosage. With its crispness, this is a great food wine rather than an apéritif. The bottling will benefit from aging nine months from purchase.
