Billsboro 2007 Dry Riesling (Finger Lakes)

With disappointingly subtle aromas, this wine does not fit the typical Riesling mold. In the mouth, however, it is more concentrated than many of its peers and offers some pleasant pear and melon flavors. Crisp acidity and a hint of residual sugar makes for flexible food-pairing. Drink now.
