Yorkville Highlands producer Bink has made a lovely Sauvignon Blanc with hazelnut, fig and darker pear flavors, 100-percent stainless-steel fermented and aged. With a depth of minerality and lovely lingering finish, it's well worth seeking out for dinner parties or days by the pool.
