89pointsBizoe 2009 Henrietta Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc (Western Cape)

With only 15 cases imported, this might be a hard find but certainly worth the trouble. A blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, ripe red apple flesh and pear aromas and flavors are jazzed up with sweet spice and soft buttered toast accents. Round and full but not overly heavy thanks to lifting tropical fruit-like acidity. Lauren Buzzeo
