Black Magnolia 2017 Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Bright cranberry fruit, detailed with vanilla and milk chocolate, sets the flavor here. Sourced from top vineyards, including Hyland, Prince Hill and Guadalupe, this is a fine value. Still quite young, it finishes with trailing flavors of bitter herbs, and may smooth out a bit further with additional bottle age. Paul Gregutt
