This Sauvignon Blanc is so intense it's almost too much to handle. Sharp aromas of nettle, juniper and passion fruit are expressive but also assaultive. The palate is round on one hand, but with shooting acidity, there's intensity to the flavor profile, which revolves around salt, bitterness and citrus flavors. A little funky and herbaceous.
