This vinous beer brewed with Chardonnay grape juice is a nice crossover beer for wine lovers. It pours a clear, light gold color with a frothy but fleeting white head, and shows good carbonation. The bouquet is fruit forward, brimming with notes of lemon and ripe white grapes. Earthy spice and toasted grain accents in the background increase in intensity on the palate alongside ripe notes of peach and apple. The finish is clean, with just a hint of honeyed sweetness on the back.
