Aromas of blackberry, rubber, asphalt and earth are full and gritty, while the palate has a tight frame and juicy acids. Flavors of zesty red cherry and currants are clean and forward, and on the finish it rounds out nicely, with licorice as a lasting flavor. Michael Schachner
