Snappy and polished, with more around the edges than in the middle. Nonetheless it's got nice black fruit, some tar and rubber, and ample vanilla. Well oaked but not “woody,” with raspberry, red currant and vanilla on the palate. Easy on the finish, if simple. Imported by Billington Imports.
