For a basic Chardonnay this is fairly oaky and with that comes ample levels of butter, caramel and candle wax. The palate is a bit sweet and candied, with baked apple and pear leading the flavor profile. Shows a little bit of sweat and funk the longer it stays exposed to air. Drink right away.
