Lower alcohol levels and using grapes grown at high elevations is all the rage in Argentina, but sometimes the result is this: something sharp, prickly and pyranzinic. And odd blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Grüner Veltliner, this smells feline and green, while the mouthfeel is citric and watery. Green flavors are borderline vegetal, while this is angular and tart on the finish. Michael Schachner
